2. What about the delivery time?
Samples can be delivered within 5 days.
For standard products 20-25 days after deposit or LC, for OEM/ODM takes 25-40 days after deposit
3. Do you have oversea agents?
Yes. In U.S.A., Canada, Australia, Spain, Denmark, U.K., Turkey, Yemen, Lebanon, South Korea, we have some exclusive distributors for several models. For many other places or some new models, strong distributors are welcome to build long term business with STARFLO.
4. Do you accept OEM/ODM?
Yes. Both are workable in our company.

5. What is your payment term?
T/T 30% in advance, 70% against B/L Copy or LC at sight. Please double check with us if you would like to change the payment method. Usually we accept T/T ,Western Union or PayPal. 
6. What is your warranty?
The warranty is 1 year, if there are any questions within one year, we will deal with at once.
7. What is your port of loading?
Shanghai port, Fuzhou Port , Ningbo port, Xiamen port.

Please tell me your detailed flow rate, voltage, application and so on, then I will match the most appropriate pump for you, or you can choose the exact model in the product manual.If you don’t know the details for the pump, tell us the usage, must suitable model will be recommended.

10.What's your delivery time?

 The stock samples can be sent to you within 2-3days by international express after received 

The batch order can be shipped to you in about 10-15days after order confirmation (by air or by sea)

11. How long is your pump lifetime?

A: Pump lifetime mainly depends on motor lifetime,we have DC brush, brushless, coreless brushless motor

For your choice, the pump warranty is 12 months.we can supply 1% spare parts for after service.
